With running being the movement of the month we wanted to give you some tips as you continue to collect those miles over the month of September. Here are some helpful tips for your running form:
Keep looking forward. That means your head forward and not looking at your feet or the ground right in front of you.
Keep your body facing in the same direction you are looking. This will avoid any twisting in your body.
Do not squeeze your fists. Relax that grip!
Relax your shoulders.
Focus on landing on your mid-foot, not your toes or heels.
Make sure you are warmed up and ready to go, plus focus on these helpful tips the next time you take off for a run.
