The CrossFit Open has begun!
Last week we had a FULL HOUSE at Friday Night Lights as all our members tackled 24.1. Open workout 24.1 left many people on the floor wondering what just happened, but it didn't stop many athletes from redoing the work out to see what more they had in the tank.
It's a new week which means a new workout!
24.2 was released yesterday and we know that Krypton will be PACKED with athletes showing us what they are made of.
We LOVE open season at Krypton and are excited the 2024 CrossFit season has kicked off!
