At Krypton we have a movement that we focus on each month to improve from day one to day thirty or thirty-one! That movement or pieces of that movement will be implemented in the skill, strength and/or workout multiple times a week with a specific focus on building a good baseline to improve by month end.
Movements can vary from a girl workout like Barbara, a mono-structural time trial to max reps of a gymnastic movement or a max lift. The month of September is a 3 Mile Time Trial. If you were at the gym on Friday, September 1st you completed your 3 Mile Trial to start the month and since then you have accumulated 9+ miles through the Krypton workouts.
