Krypton Games BBQ

This month you have seen a lot of athletes at the gym preparing for the CrossFit Games that take place August 1st-6th. We are so excited for Team CrossFit Krypton (Alec Smith, Ben Smith, Erin O’Donnell and Caroline Spencer), Laura Horvath, Gabriela Migala and Laura Nielson as they fine tune their movements and not only physically prepare, but mentally prepare for the biggest event of the year.

That being said, we want to come together as a community to celebrate and show our support for the Krypton Games bound athletes. Tomorrow, July 22nd, bring a dish and come wish our athletes nothing but the best travel and competition. We are so proud of you all and can’t wait to celebrate!

There will be another great Krypton Dodgeball Tournament reffed by Coach Josh and Coach Tom. Coordinate your team of five, write your team name and members on the PR whiteboard and pay at the front desk.
