A few weeks back we talked about CrossFit, plus we told you about our CrossFit schedule (see below for a reminder). Did you know we offer Krypton Fit classes? Krypton Fit is a CrossFit style (HIIT) workout, but a barbell is never used. Krypton Fit classes are thirty minutes long, include a warm up and a workout, and they are led by one of our Krypton coaches. You will use your body, the pull up rig, dumbbells, kettlebells, boxes, jump ropes, etc., but not a barbell.
Krypton Fit classes offer you the ability to come in, get a workout done and get out in thirty minutes. We can't promise that will happen every day because once you join the gym the community will have you hanging around chatting with others post-workout!
