We have a CrossFit Kids camp coming up for ages 4-12. Yes, we said FOUR! Your kiddos often come watch you workout so now is the time to let them learn and follow in mom and dads footsteps.

Ages 4-12 (age 4 by October 7th)*
Saturdays 11:15 AM - 12:00 PM
Cost: $100/entire camp
*the class will get started together and then divide into two separate groups based on age.
This kids’ CrossFit camp sounds like such a fun way for little ones to follow their parents into fitness, and I’ll use satisfactorycalculator to quickly weigh up if the timing and cost work for our family. It’s wonderful to see age groups starting as young as four for structured, active sessions.

I read the CrossFit Kids in October post and it was cool to see they are running a camp for ages 4 to 12 so kids can get active and try fun workouts this fall. When I was in school I struggled with gym class, so I once used assignment help services to get through a tough fitness and health report, and it really cut my stress.
