Next Weekend = The Krypton Games

The Krypton Games are NEXT weekend. Are you ready?
This year it is a two day event, January 27th and 28th and at CrossFit Krypton with two divisions (open and Master's division). However, event 1 is off-site at Bells Mills Park (see instagram for event 1 video).
You will want to dress warm for the event because the garage doors will be open at Krypton over the weekend and it is January! Also, since Krypton's parking lot will be used for athlete warm up area, tents and food trucks we have worked with local business for parking options. You can park along Kegman Road, at the legal firm across the street from Krypton, at the Hickory Vet office and at CHKD Pediatrics. There will be a crew directly parking so be on the lookout for them and parking signs.
This Krypton Games will be benefiting Trails of Purpose and Young Life Chesapeake. Two GREAT causes that Krypton is very proud to support.
