Krypton Specialty Classes and Programming

Along side CrossFit and KFit classes Krypton offers a variety of specialty classes to help you improve gymnastics, strength and running. Not only that, we also offer a Masters Class that brings together all the 35+ Masters athletes to meet new people and to workout with like-minded individuals.
Here are the times and cost for these specialty classes:
Strength Class
Saturdays 10:00AM - 11:00AM
$100 for 10 class punch card*
$20 drop-in fee
Masters Class
Sundays 10:00AM - 11:00AM
Free to Krypton members
$100 for 10 class punch card*
$20 drop-in fee
Gymnastics Class
Sundays 11:30AM - 12:30PM
$100 for 10 class punch card*
$10 for Krypton members
$20 drop-in fee

Woes Run Club
Tuesdays 5AM
Wednesdays 6AM
Saturdays 7:15AM
